- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence and promoting their overall well-being.
- Follow all applicable HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of individuals' health information.
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals.
Skills:
- Experience in home care or assisted living settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of ADLs and ability to assist individuals with these tasks.
- Familiarity with resident rights and the importance of upholding them.
- Ability to lift and move individuals using proper techniques and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Basic understanding of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices for providing emotional support to individuals in need of care.
- Familiarity with care systems and documentation processes.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
